eMail Subscription Policy – how Southill Parish Council will protect your data

Typically emails will be sent to subscribers to provide alerts to publication of meeting agendas and minutes.  Less frequently a notice of Council business, plans and reports that may be of interest to the Parish will be sent.

Southill Parish Council is the Data Controller under data protection law and will use the information you provided on the subscription form in order to communicate with you via its newsletter.

The legal basis for processing this data is your consent to do so. You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the Clerk to the Council  or by unsubscribing using a link to be provided at the foot of all newsletter emails.

The Council will keep your data until you withdraw consent or the subscription service is withdrawn.

Your information will not be shared further.
